Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states
Processing Time Processing begins within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday or over the weekend will have processing time start on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the day the package leaves our warehouse.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
General Shipping Information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control (weather, holidays, strikes, etc.).
- Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
- If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- We reserve the right to use any carrier that provides the best service and value.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal facility first. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.
